great leaders learn to embrace failure
Great leaders aren't people who have done everything right and have enjoyed success all their life. Great leaders are those who have failed miserably many times along the way but have used their failures as a tool to catapult them to success. If you have failed, you have the potential to be a great leader. Failure doesn't have to determine your future. Only you have the power to do that. What you do with your failure is up to you. Don't let it control you, but rather, you take control of it and use it for your good.
